A plain-language working agreement between Veritas(“Model”) and the photographer / collaborator (“Photographer”) for an agreed shoot. Confirm the details, sign, and keep a copy each.
1· Scope & comfort
Model will shoot: Fashion / clothed · Lingerie · Implied nude · Artistic nude · Fetish · Latex / vinyl · Wet / messy
Hard limits (never crossed): No face-out explicit, no unpaid travel beyond NorCal.
Anything not listed is out of scope unless added here and initialed by both parties. Consent is ongoing and may be withdrawn at any time; the shoot stops on request.
