DMCA & Takedowns

Copyright takedown policy and notice procedure. Updated June 14, 2026.

⚠ DRAFT — not yet reviewed by counsel. Placeholder language; do not rely on as final. The designated agent below is a placeholder pending legal review.

AntiPretty respects intellectual property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on AntiPretty infringes a copyright you own or control, follow the procedure below.

Filing a takedown notice

Send a written notice to our Designated Agent (below) that includes all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list, if multiple works).
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — ideally the URL on AntiPretty.
  4. Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

What happens next

When we receive a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the member who posted it. We may also remove material proactively where a violation is clear.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above including: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error; your name, address, and phone number; and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of members who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Other reports

This policy is for copyright. For non-consensual imagery, harassment, or anything involving a minor, use the reporting routes in our Community Guidelines — those are handled with urgency regardless of copyright. See also our Terms of Service.
