1. Eligibility — you must be 18+
AntiPretty is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher) to create an account, upload content, or otherwise use the site. By using AntiPretty you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to verify age and to terminate accounts that do not.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and everything that happens under it. Keep your password to yourself. Give us accurate information and keep it current. Don’t impersonate anyone, and don’t share or transfer your account without our permission. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Your content & the license you grant
You keep ownership of the photos, text, and other material you post (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for it, and you represent that you have all rights and consents needed to post it — including the consent of every identifiable person depicted, and the rights of any photographer or collaborator.
By posting User Content you grant AntiPretty a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, resize, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the site. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in routine backups or as required by law, and except where others have already shared or relied on it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post content involving anyone under 18, or that sexualizes minors in any way.
- Post content depicting any person without their informed, documented consent.
- Harass, threaten, dox, stalk, or impersonate anyone.
- Upload anything illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the rights to.
- Scrape, mass-download, or republish others’ content without permission.
- Break the site, probe its security, or abuse the platform or its members.
Our Community Guidelines spell out the spirit of the place and are part of these Terms.
5. Copyright & takedowns (DMCA)
We respect copyright and respond to valid notices. If you believe content on AntiPretty infringes your work, follow the procedure in our DMCA / takedown policy. We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.
6. Records & compliance
Content depicting sexually explicit conduct is subject to our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records-keeping statement. Members uploading such content must comply with applicable recordkeeping requirements.
7. Termination
You can stop using AntiPretty and delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Guidelines, or the law — with or without notice where the situation warrants. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (content license already granted, disclaimers, limitations) survive.
8. Disclaimers
AntiPretty is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we are not responsible for User Content posted by members or for interactions between members. Connections, castings, and collaborations made through AntiPretty are between the people involved.
9. Limitation of liability
