Galleries / Brennan: Paper Parasol
A little black dress, a blood-red paper parasol, and a puppy that stole the first ten minutes.
Brennan opens the session soft and old-fashioned: a sheer black dress, a string of pearls, and a blood-red paper parasol she twirls over one shoulder like she’s posing for a postcard nobody will ever mail. There’s a puppy involved for the first few minutes — because of course there is — and then it’s all downcast eyes, slow turns, and that quiet Old-Hollywood calm you can’t coach. Gray studio backdrop, 2012. No airbrushing, no apologies, no boring.
