Galleries / Seana: Franklin Cemetary
Seana slips through the ivy and headstones of Franklin Cemetery, half-shadow, half-smirk.
Seana went looking for the prettiest corner of Franklin Cemetery and found it — or it found her. Black lace, overgrown ivy, weathered stone, and dappled light filtering through leaves the size of dinner plates. She moves through it like she's got a long-standing lease on the place.
There's nothing mournful here. The graveyard reads less "grief" and more "secret garden that happens to be full of the dead," and Seana plays it exactly right: half-shadow, half-smirk, peeking out from the green like she's deciding whether you're worth haunting. Sunlight, stone, ivy, skin — the contrasts do half the work and she does the rest.
We've shot a lot of cemeteries (it's an AntiPretty thing), but this one glows. Romantic, a little gothic, completely unbothered by the fact that everyone around her stopped moving decades ago.
Rest in peace? Absolutely not. She's having a moment.
